Cash on delivery

This service is only available for mainland Spain; therefore, NO cash-on-delivery shipment may be made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Payment will be made in cash upon delivery of the order through the transport company corresponding to the shipping location; Nacex, Tourline Express, Seur or postal service.

Bank transfer

If you select bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive an e-mail together with your order confirmation indicating the account number to which the bank transfer should be made in the name of Espadasymas. It is very important that you indicate the order number, as well as your first and last names, in the subject line, and make the transfer within 3 days from the day you placed the order in order for it to be validated.

CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA OR MELILLA

The order will not be considered effective until you send the transfer receipt by e-mail to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to 658885339, and our banking institution has effectively confirmed that the payment has been made.

Please do not forget that payment must be made in euros and that you are responsible for any exchange and banking fees incurred when opting for this payment system.

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Espadasymas uses a server based on standard SSL security technology (Secure Socked Layer). All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but are sent directly to the POS terminal (Point of Sale terminal) of the Bank.

We also inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system known as CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). Therefore, if you hold a “secured” card, you will always be able to make payments by VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.

When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following details: the card number, the expiry date, and a validation code, which corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your credit card, thus providing greater guarantees regarding transaction security.

Access to THE OWNER'S website implies the unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use, which the USER confirms they fully understand. The USER undertakes not to use the website or the services offered on it to carry out activities contrary to law and to comply with these general terms and conditions at all times.

THIRD.- PURCHASE OF WEAPONS

Our business meets the applicable legal requirements for the sale of weapons in the categories mentioned below, having previously notified the Civil Guard Arms Intervention Office and meeting the relevant tax requirements; we are authorized to commercially sell weapons in the following categories:

• Category 5.1.- Bladed weapons and, in general, cutting or stabbing weapons that are not prohibited.
• Category 5.2.- Knives and machetes used by military units or imitations thereof.

Weapons in categories 5.1 and 5.2 may be sold only to persons over 18 years of age. The customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided in the registration form during the purchase process.

In accordance with the wording of Article 5.3 of the Weapons Regulations (Royal Decree 137/1993 of 29 January, approving the Weapons Regulations), weapons may be kept solely and exclusively at one's own residence and, if carried outside it, the offender could incur the infringement classified under Article 23(a) of Organic Law 1/92 of 21 February on the Protection of Citizen Security, with the need to carry them being left to the prudent judgment of the authorities and their officers.

SEVENTH.- SHIPPING

EIGHTH.- DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are delivered through various Transport Agencies (Seur, Correos, Gls, Fedex or Nacex) under the urgent home delivery service. Delivery times generally range from 24 hours to 2 weeks and depend on available stock. Some products are manufactured on demand and are 100% handmade or personalized, and may therefore require additional manufacturing time.

NINTH.- RETURN POLICY

We provide an after-sales service to resolve any problem that arises during the shipment of our items or consignments, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of delivery of the order, to process its return under the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made to order by hand, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer, or clearly personalized products, except in the event of a defect or manufacturing error. The delivery period for made-to-order or personalized products may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You may terminate the purchase contract entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item or items to us at your own expense. Shipments sent freight collect will not be accepted.

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days from receipt thereof. After that period, order cancellations shall not be accepted, nor shall cancellations be accepted for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may rapidly deteriorate or expire, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. TENTH.- PURCHASE GUARANTEE

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, we shall, as applicable, repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, with these procedures being free of charge for the consumer and user.

ELEVENTH.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions governing the use and utilization of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. The Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise from these terms and conditions.

TWELFTH.- JURISDICTION

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions should prove unenforceable or void under the applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or nullity shall not render these General Terms and Conditions unenforceable or void as a whole. Such provision shall be severed and removed from the remaining terms of use, which shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and applicable. In such cases, Grupo empresarial y más multiproducto SL shall amend or replace it with another provision that is valid and enforceable.

The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of disputes and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.

THIRTEENTH.- STOCK

THE OWNER shall not be liable for any lack of stock that may occur due to outdated data on the website, but shall undertake to inform the customer as soon as it detects the lack of stock of any product and to offer alternatives to the purchase or refund the customer's money if requested.
