The Colt Single Action Army Revolver of 1873 ( M1873 ), also known as the SAA , Peacemaker or simply the Colt .45 , is a firearm that has achieved undisputed cult status. Developed after a patent by Samuel Colt, this rugged and tough cartridge revolver is a true piece of Americana and almost no firearm better symbolizes the Wild West other than the Winchester carbine. With its closed frame, six-shot revolving drum and right-handed ejector, the Colt SAA has remained unchanged in appearance since its introduction.

Being a compact version known as "snubnosed" or "flat nose" with an extra short 2.5 inch (approximately 6.4 cm) barrel, our very well made replica of this famous western weapon features a similar design with antique finished burnished metal elements and synthetic resin handles in wood look. It has a six-chambered rotating drum which is further rotated by holding the cock and can be equipped with the supplied decorative cartridges through a rotating side loading flap.

Although our replica is fully movable, the mechanics of the revolver are not functional or capable of firing. Our firearm replicas are simply for recreation and decoration purposes.
