If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to process your return due to withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to handmade products made to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly customized, except for defect or manufacturing error. The delivery time for products made to order or customized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.
You can terminate the purchase contract you have made in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.
You must send the item or items to us by your own means. Shipments with freight collect will not be accepted.

The Customer is recognized the right to withdraw from the order, within 14 calendar days from its receipt. Outside of this period, no order cancellations will be accepted, nor on orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., which have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY through the Withdrawal Form (Link to Document) by email, postal mail or fax, within that 14-day period. The cost of return shipments will be borne by the Customer. Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and must not have been used. The refund will be made by the same payment method used by the Customer.
