The blade is 1045 carbon steel and has been laminated in the Maru style, making for a lighter blade and audible feedback when shifting. The blade has also been oil hardened, making it very strong and durable.

This sword has an overall length of 106 cm, with a blade length of 71 cm and a handle length of 27 cm.

The blade is 7mm thick and 3.2cm wide. The blade also has a hardness of 50-58HRC, meaning it is specially designed for cutting.

The scabbard (Saya) of this Roronoa Katana is made from hardwood and lacquered, while the handle is made from wood and features a purple and red polyester rope lined Ito and sageo. The blade of this sword comes with a full tang with 2 Mekugi (peg), which greatly enhances the strength of the sword.

It is also worth mentioning that the Tsuba (guard) of the sword is made of Zinc alloy, while the Habaki (blade collar) is a one-piece brass construction. Additionally, the Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (button cap) are made of Zinc alloy.

Note: It is important to note that this sword is a handcrafted product and must be forged from the time of order. The forging and preparation time is 30-40 days, which means that the order might be delayed for some time. However, the result is worth the wait.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
