The Tonbo Wakizashi blade is a true work of art, hand forged and polished by skilled craftsmen. The blade is made from K120C powdered steel, which is folded several times to give it its characteristic shape and outstanding durability. The medium length (Chu) Kissaki of the blade gives it great penetration capacity and excellent cutting ability.

The Tonbo Wakizashi Tsuka is made from a high quality leather, making it incredibly comfortable and easy to grip. The Tsuka-Ito is made from purple Japanese cotton, giving it a touch of style, luxury and elegance.

The tsuba is a work of art in itself. It is made of blackened iron, with an exquisite dragonfly motif and gold and bronze decorations. In addition, it has a black Fuchi and Kashira with bronze and brass details. Kojiri, Koiguchi and Kurikata are made of polished buffalo horn, which gives a touch of authenticity to the sword.

The Habaki, made from a single piece of bronze, secures the blade to the scabbard and protects the structure of the sword.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
