The Holy Roman Empire 14th Century Longsword is a faithful replica of a hand-and-a-half sword dating back to the second half of the 14th century, part of the Royal Armouries Collection under the number IX.1106. This historic sword was found in Lake Constance, a place at the crossroads of Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and represents the classic style of swords used by knights and men-at-arms during this period.
