DETAILS
This best-selling elven shield by Epic Armoury is a small, leather-covered shield worn around the user’s arm, inspired by a naturalistic elven society. The shield is elongated with rounded corners, covered in overlapping vegetable-tanned leather. With a sturdy leather mount to hold your arm securely against the underside, feel confident that this hard EVA foam and leather shield will withstand the continued abuse of a LARP with regular leather maintenance.
The shield pairs well with the Elven range of products from Epic Armoury, especially the Elven Sword - 105 cm. However, its naturalistic design can be used by a wide range of characters. Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean off any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe the remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition the leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax in circles onto the leather. Let the leather soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
