Rondel Dagger
DescriptionYour knightly code is one of valor, truth, and courage. You are tasked with defending the innocent and the weak, and today your oath is being put to the test. A dark knight has destroyed both your shield and your sword during a duel, and is advancing toward you.
This dishonorable fiend believes he has won, but you will not allow yourself to die without taking this evil with you in the process. You reach for your Rondel Dagger still at your waist and prepare to make one last desperate attempt to drive the blade between the dark knight’s armor.
Let your god guide your hand... because you only have one chance.
DETAILS
The Rondel Dagger by Epic Armoury is a sturdy dagger with a comfortable split-leather wrapped handle. The crossguard and pommel are rounded and designed as a basic interpretation of a knight's "rondel dagger." When fighting enemies in heavy plate armor, a knight would have used daggers like this and forced them between the joints.
Made from durable closed-cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you desire when creating your authentic kit. Whether your business is running the kingdom, defending your estate, or backstabbing the higher social classes, this multi-purpose tool is for you.

Maintenance
All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure, and acid-free, which makes it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It keeps the latex coating flexible and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear and tear.
Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to avoid your weapon sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
