This beautifully detailed replica of a late medieval suit of armour is made from 1.2mm (18 gauge) steel and consists of chest armour, back armour and two leg pockets.

While the breast piece is fitted with three-way belly hoops (or flaps ) to protect the hips, waist, groin and abdomen, the beautiful back piece is widened by a wide completed culet , which consists of two wave-shaped plates, also overlapping and protects the buttocks. Both the belly hoops and the culet are articulated by means of steel rivets. Both the obverse and reverse show the undulations, filigree cut-outs and multi-layered presentation that were typical of Gothic plate armour of the Late Middle Ages (15th/16th century). The inside of the armour is blackened for better protection against corrosion.

With this upper body cuirass, the two halves are connected to each other with 3 mm thick, adjustable leather straps with steel buckles. It can therefore be precisely adjusted to a large number of sizes. The straps and buckles are firmly riveted at shoulder height and on the sides of the chest plate and back plate. The two leg pockets (also tassels ) that protect the thighs can also be attached to the lower abdomen band with sturdy, adjustable leather straps and buckles.

It should be noted that this leg pocket armour, although completely portable, is not suitable for display combat. However, it is not only a great collector's item, display piece or decorative object, but is also excellent for the representation of a large number of historical, fictional or fantasy characters. Ideal for medieval reenactment, LARP, stage or cosplay, this plate armour will make your transformation into a proud and noble knight or warrior simply perfect.
