On June 13, 14, and 15, 2025, ExpOtaku Zaragoza returns with a new edition.
Established as one of the most important events on Spain's alternative cultural scene, this fair dedicated to Japanese culture, manga, anime, and video games will be held in the iconic Multipurpose Room of the Zaragoza Auditorium.
Every year, thousands of attendees come to immerse themselves in a vibrant universe that combines creativity, technology, and a passion for Asian culture. And here we tell you some of the things it has in store for you.

Activities for all tastes
The ExpOtaku Zaragoza 2025 program offers a variety of activities designed for audiences of all ages. Among the main attractions are the performing arts activities, workshops, exhibitions, and competitions in which attendees can actively participate.
Among them you can find:
Contests and live entertainment
The main stage hosts competitions such as the Catwalk and Cosplay Contest, Otaku Trivia, the Karaoke Contest, and the Dance Cover Competition, among others. These activities allow participants to share their talents, creativity, and enthusiasm with the rest of the audience.
More informal games and quizzes are also held, such as "Guess the Pokémon," "Instant Cosplay," and "Yan Ken Put to Death," which promote spontaneous interaction and good humor among attendees.

Video game zones and tournaments
The video game zone has become a must-see and will feature a large selection of consoles and virtual reality systems.
Visitors can enjoy free matches or participate in organized tournaments featuring top titles such as Street Fighter 6, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, Pokémon Scarlet and Purple, Tekken 8, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. These tournaments are designed for both casual players and more experienced fans looking to test their skills in a competitive environment.
Workshops and creativity
One of the fundamental axes of the event are the creative workshops.
This year's edition will feature more than a dozen projects, allowing attendees to create everything from keychains to paper figures and acrylic paintings of iconic figures like Satoru Gojo.
There will also be workshops dedicated to creating elements from the One Piece universe, such as the Ope Ope no Mi Devil Fruit, Genshin Impact-inspired plushies, and crafts based on Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun.
These spaces not only encourage creativity, but also allow you to take home a personalized souvenir of the event.
K-pop and Korean culture zone
In addition to focusing on Japan, ExpOtaku Zaragoza 2025 dedicates a special section to South Korean culture, with activities related to K-pop and Korean customs.
Organized by Urie Byeol, this area offers everything from music video screenings and Random Dance sessions to popular games like Jegichagi and Ddakji.
The program includes talks on Korean skincare routines and dance masterclasses with renowned dancers, making this section a meeting point for K-pop and Hallyu fans.

Shopping area
This year's event also features a retail and exhibition space, where you'll find a wide variety of offerings and stalls. This is where Espadas y más will be waiting for you with a huge variety of products to offer.
