Medieval Gesine dress in canvas, green, with slight defects
This floor-length medieval dress with 3/4 sleeves made of cotton fabric ( ilcloth ) is loosely cut. The solid canvas fabric ( ilcloth ) makes the dress robust and heavy and we therefore recommend the dress for the transitional period or with the appropriate underlining for winter.
Contrasting edges and a contrasting filled bee make this dress something special. The dress has a dividing seam just below the waist and hidden pockets in the side seams. The skirt part is wide-reaching and works without commissions.
The upper tunic is cut quite far from the body according to the High Middle Ages and only slightly fitted. Therefore, it should be combined with a leather belt.
The costume is suitable for depicting simple to medium-sized stands from the early to high Middle Ages and is therefore suitable, for example, for the times of the Franks, Slavs and Vikings.
