An incredible story
Typically, company founding stories are grand epics of planning, work, and suffering, bathed in hope and pieced together by resolving countless setbacks.
Well, this has nothing to do with our case.
Espadas y Más was born out of pure chance, a joke between two friends who one day decided to buy a batch of swords on a secondhand buying and selling website because one of them liked one of the units in the batch and considered buying the entire batch to resell the rest separately to see what would happen. Since they sold quickly and well, they set themselves the challenge of doing the same thing again and managing to scrape together a small sum of money in a year and a half to go on vacation with their families.
After 6 months and doing only this (buying lots from private collections and reselling them separately), they saw that they had a stock of material triple the amount initially planned, and that's when, seeing that there was a market and above all that it was super fun, they decided to professionalize the company, look for suppliers, make a website, open social networks and establish a company as such, with one of the partners deciding to dedicate himself full time to the business.
