Shotaro Ishinomori's classic returns with a new anime to mark the 61st anniversary of the original manga.
Cyborg 009: Nemesis is the new project announced by Ishinomori Production, continuing the rich story of Joe Shimamura and his team of cyborgs fighting against the Black Ghost organization.
Since his debut in 1964, Cyborg 009 has been a pioneer in the science fiction genre, blending action and social themes.

This light novel by Fuurou and Kinta has been confirmed for an animated adaptation directed by Kenichi Imaizumi ( Kingdom ).
The story introduces us to Dias, a war veteran who is rewarded with an uninhabited territory. With no management experience, his fortunes change when he meets Alna, a horned girl who will help him transform the land.
With character designs by Keiichi Tsuboyama and a script by Kunihiko Okada, this series is shaping up to be a story of growth, rebuilding, and self-discovery, with elements of rural fantasy and heartwarming relationships.

“Hirayasumi”
Anime and live action in 2025
Sliceoflife's Hirayasumi manga , by Keigo Shinzo with over 1.1 million copies in circulation, will have two simultaneous adaptations.
The anime version, produced by Production +h in collaboration with VIZ Media and Shogakukan Shueisha Productions, is scheduled to premiere in the second half of 2025, although the voice cast has not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, the live-action series will air on NHK General TV as part of the "Yoru Dora" program between October and December 2025. The author said: "I'm very excited about the anime and drama adaptations! I'm looking forward to seeing them completed!"
