Our products are delivered through various shipping agencies (Seur, Correos, Gls, FedEx, or Nacex) via express home delivery. Delivery times vary from 24 hours to several weeks, depending on:

  • Product manufacturing (some products are made to order, which takes longer than usual)
  • Product customization (Some products that are already manufactured or in stock can be customized, thus increasing shipping time)
  • Workload (We have dates when the volume of orders exceeds our resources, such as Black Friday, although we usually reinforce the staff)
  • Causes beyond the company's control (For shipments, we depend on companies such as Nacex, Correos and others that may have their own complications, there are also problems in customs, weather causes and other factors that are beyond the direct control of EYM)


European Union Orders

Espadas y Más reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the economic return if:
-The customer has opened the package and the products show damage or wear due to use, a proportional refund or nothing will be given depending on the condition of the product(s).


Refunds will not be issued until the order has been received and verified.


International Orders

Espadas y Más is located in Spain. International shipping is considered to be available to any country outside the European Union.

The company is not responsible for customs fees in each country; it is the customer's responsibility to determine and resolve these fees incurred at their borders. Espadas y Más reserves the right to deduct shipping and associated costs from the refund if:

The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.
