The Calimacil Nutcracker, like all items in the Zombicalypse collection, is a highly authentic replica of a standard tool, in this case, a wrench. Its silver color provides an unmistakable stainless steel look. The wrench's firmness is due to a fiberglass core, which provides the rigidity needed for simulated combat while remaining flexible and safe. We have an after-sales service to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping of our items or shipments, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
