The approximately 16cm long blade can be precisely folded into the handle. It is made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and
has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting easy.
The softer nature of this steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and glide effortlessly through the fish to find the perfect one.
