The Black Ice Helmet is a polished, black-painted steel fantasy helmet designed to protect the entire head during battle. Featuring a full visor and articulated spine plating, these gauntlets have an austere style ideal for a dark, serious character with evil intent. Although specifically designed for the ConQuest character group, Black Ice, you can use this armor to fit your own character design.

Secure the Black Ice Helmet by tightening the leather strap under the chin, keeping the helmet in place. Made from 1mm mild steel and top grain leather straps and fittings, this piece of armour is built to withstand the pounding of a LARP or reenactment with the usual care of leather and metal armour.

We have an after-sales service to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping of our items or shipments, keeping our customers informed at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Outside of this period, revocations will not be accepted for orders, nor for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must notify THE ENTITY of their withdrawal through the Withdrawal Form (Link to the Document) by email, post, or fax, within this 14-day period. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Customer. The products must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging, and must not have been used. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer .
