The Lower Moons represented the lowest rank within the Twelve Kizuki, serving Muzan Kibutsuji.

Although they were much more powerful demons than common ones, most lived under constant pressure due to their fear of Muzan and the permanent threat of being replaced or eliminated.

Ranked from 6 to 1, from weakest to most powerful respectively, here are the 3 most powerful Lower Moons...

    Wakuraba: Lower Moon Three

    Wakuraba

Wakuraba appears during the Lower Moon meeting in a context of extreme tension.

Following the previous elimination of Lower Moons Four and Six by Muzan's order, Wakuraba immediately perceives the danger and reacts by trying to flee the scene.

His action reflects something important within the demon hierarchy: even among the Lower Moons, fear of Muzan is greater than loyalty.

However, his escape attempt is futile. Muzan catches up to him and decapitates him before he can leave the room.

No detailed techniques or specific abilities of Wakuraba are known due to his extremely brief appearance.

However, his rank as Lower Moon Three suggests that he possessed superior physical capabilities to the previously eliminated Moons, especially in speed and endurance.

His death serves as a demonstration of Muzan's absolute control and the real fragility of the Lower Moons, who have no room for error or possibility of rebellion.

    Rokuro: Lower Moon Two

    Rokuro

Rokuro is introduced immediately after the previous executions during the meeting.

Unlike Wakuraba, he does not try to flee, but to negotiate.

When Muzan asks him for his last words, Rokuro responds by asking for more demon blood and more time to prove his usefulness.

This response reflects the demons' total dependence on Muzan's power, as blood is the main source of their evolution.

However, this request is interpreted as a lack of respect.

Muzan immediately rejects his plea, reminding him that he has no right to demand anything.

Immediately afterwards, he eliminates him without hesitation.

Rokuro does not get to show combat techniques or battle skills, but his behavior makes clear the profile of the Lower Moons at this point: demons who seek survival more than real power.

His execution reinforces the idea that usefulness to Muzan is the only criterion for existence within his hierarchy.

    Enmu: Lower Moon One

    Enmu

Enmu is the only present member of the Lower Moons who initially survives Muzan's purge.

Unlike his companions, Enmu displays a more stable and calculating personality, which allows him to earn Muzan's trust.

After the elimination of the other Lower Moons, Enmu receives a portion of Muzan's blood as proof of loyalty.

This process makes him more powerful, but also physically unstable as he tries to adapt.

His main ability is dream manipulation using his Blood Demon Art.

This ability allows him to invade the dreams of his victims, create pleasant or terrifying illusions, and directly attack the "spiritual core" of humans while they sleep.

Enmu develops a plan during the Mugen Train arc, merging his body with the train to increase his control over the passengers.

His goal is to eliminate the demon slayers by weakening them from within their dreams, avoiding direct combat.

However, his strategy fails when Tanjiro breaks his sleep state with Nezuko's help.

From then on, Enmu tries to adapt to direct combat, but progressively loses control against the demon slayers' resistance.

His defeat marks the definitive end of the Lower Moons as a functional organization within Muzan's army.
